Account & Billing
Switching phones, checking a subscription, sorting out a login — quick answers, no runaround.
You can play Enjoy without logging in, so there's no log-out button. When you're ready to keep your progress safe or move to a new phone, you link your account to your Apple ID — that's how your characters, coins, and subscription travel with you.
The essentials
Your account
How do I log out?
Enjoy can be played without logging in, so there isn't a log-out option. Just close the app when you're finished.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your profile icon (top-right), tap the gear/Settings icon (top-left), open Account Management, then choose Delete Account. You can delete and start over from there.
Can I recover a deleted account?
No — once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered. You can create a new account and start again, but previous data won't carry over.
Can I start over without losing my subscription?
There's no way to wipe all your character data and restart without deleting your account. Your subscription itself isn't lost, though — it can transfer to a new Enjoy account as long as that account is bound to the same Apple ID used for the original subscription. To bring it back, open any subscription page, scroll to the bottom, and tap Restore Purchase.
Your subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions and free trials are managed by Apple. On iPhone, open Settings → [your name/Apple ID] → Subscriptions, find the Enjoy subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial).
My subscription or premium benefits disappeared — how do I restore them?
Open the subscription page inside Enjoy, scroll to the bottom, and tap Restore Purchase to bring your premium benefits back.
How do I check my purchase history?
Open the App Store, tap your avatar (top-right), and choose Purchase History to see all of your past purchases.
Why was I charged instead of getting a free trial?
Free trials are managed by Apple, and each Apple ID gets only one free trial. If that Apple ID has used a trial before — even on a different Enjoy account — tapping the trial offer again starts a paid subscription instead of a new trial.
I subscribed but my relationship level didn't go up — why?
A subscription unlocks the ability to build closer, more intimate relationships, but it doesn't automatically raise your relationship level. You still grow the bond naturally by interacting regularly and sending gifts. See the Levels guide.
Advanced — Devices & Apple ID
Enjoy uses Sign in with Apple to tie your account to your Apple ID. One Apple ID can be linked to only one Enjoy account at a time, which is what keeps your progress consistent wherever you sign in. The questions below cover moving between devices and switching Apple IDs.
Devices & Apple ID
How do I transfer my data to a new device?
On your old device, link your Apple ID to the Enjoy account you want to keep. Then install Enjoy on the new device and choose Log in with Apple — the system uses the linked account and overwrites whatever account exists on the new device.
Why isn't my progress the same across devices?
One Apple ID can bind only one Enjoy account ("binding" = Sign in with Apple). For consistent progress, make sure the account you want to keep shows as linked under Settings → Link Account, and that the account you don't want to keep is not bound. Then choose Sign in with Apple on each device — the bound account is brought to that device, and the device's original account is removed.
How do I link a different Apple ID?
First unlink your current Apple ID: profile icon (top-right) → Settings (top-left) → Link Account → Unlink. Then open the App Store, tap your profile, sign out of the old Apple ID, and sign in with the new one. Finally, restart Enjoy and link the new Apple ID.
