Images & Outfits

Style your avatar, swap outfits, and get great-looking images — with one safe rule to know before you change your face.

The basics

Customize Outfit Describe the outfit you want in text and the AI generates it, tailored to you.
Buy Clothing Put on a ready-made outfit directly — either ones you made yourself or ones created by other players in the community.
Change Outfit Update your hairstyle, makeup, and clothes safely — without touching your relationships, story, or saved outfits.
Change Avatar (Face) Replace your avatar with a new face from a reference photo. This is a bigger change — read the warning first.

Changing your look

How do I change my look without affecting my relationship or story?

Use Change Outfit — it updates your hairstyle, makeup, and clothes without touching your relationships, story progress, or saved outfits.

Tap your avatar (top-right) → profile → Change Outfit.

How do I change my avatar's face?

Tap your profile icon (top-right) → avatar details → Replace avatarChange Avatar (Face). For best results, use a clear, well-lit reference photo.

Changing your face is a destructive change — read the warning below before you do it.

Gender, pronouns, age, and birthday

How do I change my avatar's gender or pronouns?

There are two places to set this:

  • In your look/images: profile icon (top-right) → Replace avatar → Change Avatar (Face) → set your pronoun under "My Pronoun."
  • In conversations (so the AI recognizes you): profile icon (top-right) → Settings (top-left) → Preferences → set your pronoun.
How do I change my avatar's age or birthday?

Profile icon (top-right) → tap your avatar image to open the details page → Modify Character (bottom) → edit your birthday under "My Birthday." Age updates automatically.

Deleting outfits and old avatars

How do I delete an outfit or an old avatar?

Open the item in full view, tap the three dots (top-right), then Delete.

  • An outfit: avatar (top-right) → Change Outfit → double-tap the outfit to open it → three dots → Delete.
  • An old avatar: avatar (top-right) → My Profile → open the outdated avatar/outfit in full view → three dots → Delete → confirm. This permanently removes it.

Advanced — Image quality & fixes

Most images come out great. When something looks off, there's a built-in Image Fix for major generation errors — and a few quick tips below for slow, cartoon-looking, or no-face results.

Report or fix a bad image (Image Fix)

  1. 1 Update to the latest app version Image Fix lives in the newest version, so update first if you don't see the option.
  2. 2 Open the image in full view Double-tap the image to open it full-screen.
  3. 3 Tap the three dots (top-right) Open the menu in the top-right corner of the image.
  4. 4 Request a fix Select the option to request a fix and submit it.

What Image Fix can and can't do

What can be fixed?

Major generation errors are remade, including:

  • Missing limbs (arms, hands, legs, head, feet)
  • Extra or duplicated body parts
  • Severely distorted anatomy
  • Unintended people or faces appearing
  • Clear system bugs (for example, "Buy Clothing" fails and only copies the original outfit)
What isn't fixed?

Normal AI variation isn't remade. Style and minor differences are expected, including:

  • Slightly different colors or fabrics
  • Missing tattoos, jewelry, or small accessories
  • Slightly different hairstyles
  • Poses, shoes, or backgrounds that don't match exactly
Why doesn't my outfit or image match exactly what I wanted?

The AI stylist doesn't always interpret instructions exactly, and results can't be fully controlled. Major generation errors (extra limbs, distortions, unintended figures) can be fixed via Image Fix; style mismatches, color differences, and general design changes are normal and aren't remade.

What about solo vs. group photos?

The Group Photo feature shows the in-app fix option. The Custom Solo Photo feature doesn't — for a solo photo, share its link (open the image full-screen → Share link at the bottom-right) and contact support, including the link, to help fix major errors.

Slow, cartoon, no-face, and failed generations

My image generation failed — were my coins refunded?

Yes. If image generation fails, your coins are returned to your account right away. Just retry and submit again.

Why is image generation slow?

Generation is usually fast. It can occasionally slow down during periods of high demand — wait a little and your image should appear shortly.

Why do my images look like a cartoon?

This usually means cartoon style was selected when generating. Choose Realism mode instead, and make sure you haven't added cartoon-related words to your instructions.

Why does it say no face was detected in my photo?

The AI couldn't find a clear face in your reference image. Upload a clear, well-lit real-life photo where the face is easily visible, or try a different reference image.
